Durian Feast

Everytime Pete came back to KL, he never gave durian a miss! The first night, he bought 5 packs of D24 for RM25. On another night, he bought 7 packs of "Mao Shan Wong", a far better breed than D24, all for RM30! Even mom could not resist the "Mao Shan Wong".

  1. Last month my dad's friend bought us to b'worth to taste the "mao shan wong" my 1st time taste it but I still prefer "ang hea". The price not cheap RM20 per kg for the "mao shan wong" they claimed it to be from don't where I cann't remember liao and only limited edition must pre-booked.

  2. JL,
Although the ang hea that you brought us to eat was very nice, i found that the mao shan wong that i had that night was good too. Maybe i don't have much durian to choose from as compared to Penang Balik Pulau where there were so many different species of durian to choose from.

I'm not joking when i said the durian was nice.. Even the anti-durian lady tried a few, he he.. If you notice the previous blog, she shove her face away from the durian at the sight of it.

Too bad i'm in sibu now.Otherwise, i'd be the carrefour's durian seller best friend!!
